Graduated from North Greenville University with a degree in music education, then earned his MFA in music composition from Vermont College of Fine Arts
Performed in many ensembles and orchestras including the Foothills Philharmonic and has been the clinician for Williamsburg County All County Band and Chorus Concerts
Also works as an elementary school music teacher in Columbia, SC
